Elijah Rizvan, a 17-year-old male from Palm Coast, FL, tragically lost his life on July 12, 2019. The incident occurred during a drug deal that had been arranged over Snapchat. Elijah Rizvan was shot in the chest in front of 7 Westford Lane, Palm Coast, during an exchange involving $120 worth of marijuana. The shooting was witnessed by his girlfriend, who was present at the scene. The suspect, Benjamin Sean Allen, a 16-year-old male, was arrested shortly after the incident and charged with first ...
