Billye recently retired from Team Worldwide in Atlanta, Georgia, after 27 years of service. She was an active member of Salty Church in Flagler and enjoyed traveling, walking with her walking group, and spending time with family and friends. Billye was preceded in death by her first husband, Ronald Boyd, and her parents, Helen Sue Yates and Bill Yates. She is survived by her second husband, Gary Jones, her daughters Cathye Boyd Dowda and Christye Boyd Holloway, and her grandchildren Shaye Holloway, Caurye Quick, and Hollye Exum. She also leaves behind a great-granddaughter, Averye Exum, and a soon-to-be-born great-grandson, Raylan McDonald. Additionally, she is survived by her sister, Nancy Yates, her brother, Brad Yates, and her stepsons, William Thomas Jones and John Michael Jones.
