Steve Jones, a 45-year-old resident of Homestead, FL, tragically lost his life on November 6, 2016. The incident occurred during a family gathering in the 700 block of Northwest Ninth Avenue. According to reports, the suspect, Marcus Rankins, 32, drove by the gathering at a high speed, which led to gestures and comments from those present, including Jones.
