Arlington J. Hicks, a 22-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on November 18, 2016, in Orlando, Florida. The incident occurred at the Tzadik Brookside Apartments, located near the intersection of Cinderlane Parkway and Rosewood Way. Hicks was shot around 2 p.m. in a second-floor apartment.
