Master Sgt. Debra Lucinda, who was posthumously promoted to Lieutenant, tragically lost her life on January 9, 2017, in Orlando, Florida. She was shot and killed in the line of duty while attempting to apprehend a wanted murder suspect in the parking lot of a Walmart at the intersection of Princeton Street and John Young Parkway.
