Jerrod Belair, a 22-year-old resident of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, tragically lost his life on June 24, 2017. The incident occurred during a neighborhood block party in the 2300 block of Northwest 16th Court. The gathering, which was meant to be a festive occasion, turned into a scene of chaos when gunfire erupted early in the morning.
