Grace Frazier, a 22-year-old Belizean woman, tragically lost her life in a shooting incident in Southwest Miami-Dade on July 28, 2017. Grace, who was the daughter of Andy Frazier, a first cousin of Belizean Prime Minister Dean Barrow, was in a silver Nissan Altima with her friend, Brittany Clay, 20, when their vehicle was sprayed with gunfire around 9 PM.
