Richard Pierce, a 57-year-old white male from Fort Lauderdale, FL, tragically lost his life on August 24, 2017. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at around 2:45 a.m. on North Andrews Avenue. Pierce was approached by Stevens Jean, a 29-year-old male, who shot him multiple times before fleeing the scene. Pierce was quickly transported to Broward Health Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
