Freddie Calloway, aged 41, was tragically shot and killed on March 8, 2019, in Dania Beach, near Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The incident occurred during an impromptu neighborhood memorial gathering near the 700 block of Phippen-Waiters Road. Calloway was among the dozens of neighbors who had gathered to commemorate the life of Percy Walker, a friend who had passed away about a week earlier.
