Robert Lee Williams Jr., aged 38, was found shot to death on October 1, 2017, in Jacksonville, Florida. His body was discovered between two apartment buildings on Justina Terrace Road in the Arlington community, just blocks east of Jacksonville University’s main entrance. The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene around 8:40 p.m. and identified Williams as the victim.
