Franklin Francois, a 25-year-old man from Naples, FL, was tragically killed on November 5, 2017. The incident occurred early in the morning near Sixth Avenue North and 11th Street North in Naples. Franklin Francois, who was of African American descent, suffered a fatal gunshot wound to his abdomen. Despite being transported to NCH Baker Hospital Downtown, he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
