Karl Lievense, an 81-year-old businessman, was found dead on April 9, 2018, in his office on Castello Drive in North Naples, Florida. Lievense, who lived on Sugar Pine Lane, was discovered between 11:30 a.m. and 2:15 p.m., having been shot. His murder shocked the quiet community, as such violent incidents are relatively rare in the area. Despite efforts by law enforcement and Crime Stoppers to gather information, no suspect has been identified, and the case remains unsolved.
