Albert Lamar Epperson, a 44-year-old man, was tragically killed on November 19, 2017, in Jacksonville, Florida. Epperson was fatally shot on the porch of his home on Melainia Avenue in the College Park neighborhood. The incident also left his 16-year-old stepdaughter critically injured. The shooting occurred late at night when Toby Randall Stafford, a 43-year-old man from Jacksonville, arrived at Epperson's home with three other individuals.
