Wayne Tyrone James Jr., a 19-year-old from Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on December 31, 2017. Wayne was found in a silver Cadillac at the intersection of Moncrief Road and West 34th Street with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of first responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene. Wayne was known for his compassionate and selfless nature, always willing to help others, and his untimely death left a significant void in the lives of his family and friends.
