Larry Odell Williams, a 30-year-old African American male, was tragically shot to death on January 6, 2018, in Jacksonville, Florida. The incident occurred near the intersection of 16th Street and Myrtle Avenue. According to initial reports, Williams was walking to his car after leaving the Ethio Discount Food Store when an unknown assailant approached him and began shooting. The shooting took place around 12:30 a.m., and Williams was pronounced dead at the scene.
