William Burgess II, a 28-year-old resident of Riviera Beach, Florida, was tragically shot to death on February 23, 2018. The incident occurred in the 2700 block of West 28th Street, where Burgess was found in the driver’s seat of a black Toyota Camry. The shooting was part of a series of violent events that day, which left three other men injured.
