On March 4, 2018, Vicky Torres, a 45-year-old resident of Vero Beach, Florida, was found dead in her home at approximately 7:45 a.m. The discovery of her body led to an immediate investigation by the Indian River County Sheriff's Office. Preliminary evidence pointed to her husband, Pedro Torres, as the primary suspect in her death.
