Janette Dixon, a 72-year-old African American woman, was tragically found dead alongside her husband, Roosevelt Dixon, in their home in Kissimmee, Florida, on July 14, 2018. The couple had been shot in the head, and their bodies were discovered after a concerned loved one requested a welfare check. The autopsies confirmed that both victims died from gunshot wounds to the head. The couple appeared to have been dead for several days before their bodies were found.
