In the early morning hours of May 17, 2025, a disturbance shattered the quiet of the Lakewood Mobile Home Park in Springfield, Missouri. Around 2:15 a.m., the Greene County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call reporting the sounds of an altercation followed by gunfire emanating from a residence within the community.
