Tyrone Cobbins, a 38-year-old African American man, tragically lost his life on July 28, 2018, in Northwest Miami-Dade County, Florida. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3:30 a.m., at a residence near Northwest 35th Place and Northwest 84th Terrace.
