Javarcia Riggins, a 22-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on October 9, 2018, in Fort Myers, Florida. The incident occurred at the Bell Tower Shops, a popular shopping and dining destination in south Fort Myers. Riggins and 56-year-old Kevin Robinson were gunned down as they left TGI Friday's after a family dinner celebrating Phyllis Hayden's birthday.
