Theodore Bell, a 26-year-old resident of Fort Myers, Florida, tragically lost his life on August 6, 2017. On that fateful day, the Fort Myers Police Department responded to a report of gunfire at 3225 South Street around 12:30 a.m. Upon arrival, officers found Bell suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
