Douglas Sinclair, aged 55, tragically passed away on November 27, 2018, in Jacksonville, Florida. His death was the result of a violent incident that occurred on Van Buren Street near A. Philip Randolph Boulevard. On that fateful morning, officers responded to a call around 10:20 a.m. and found Sinclair suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, Sinclair succumbed to his injuries, marking a grim end to his life.
