On June 28, 1999, the city of Sharonville, Ohio, was stunned by the brutal killing of Raymond Wells III, an 18-year-old who was found dead on Sharonwoods Court. Late that evening, the police received a call reporting a young man struggling in the street. By the time officers arrived, they discovered Raymond's lifeless body, and it was clear that the attack had been exceptionally violent.
