Arthur Johnson, aged 44, tragically lost his life on November 30, 2018, in Deltona, Florida. The incident occurred during a tense standoff at the Belltower Apartments, where Johnson resided with his uncle, Noel Flores. The Volusia County Sheriff's Office was initially present to serve an arrest warrant to Flores for a previous courthouse threat.
