Travis Gregg, a 30-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on January 5, 2019, outside his apartment in Boynton Beach, Florida. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 7 a.m., when Maliik Hylton, then 22, confronted Gregg outside his residence. Hylton, who had met a man at a casino earlier that night, was seeking to rob Gregg, who was identified as a drug dealer. Hylton shot Gregg in the back as he attempted to flee, causing a fatal injury.
