Quartez Walden, a 24-year-old resident of Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on January 15, 2019. The incident occurred in the afternoon outside a coin laundry located at 6203 Merrill Road. According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, Walden, also known as Quartz Devonta Walden, was shot multiple times.
