Johnnie Hoover, age 28, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting on August 24, 2010, near the Grand Park neighborhood in Jacksonville, Florida. The incident occurred near 20th and Division Streets, where Hoover’s car was riddled with bullet holes. Hoover was known to be associated with the Grand Park Gang, and his murder is believed to be gang-related.
