Tommy Neal Jr., a 28-year-old African American man from Riviera Beach, Florida, was tragically found shot to death on January 21, 2019. His body was discovered inside his vehicle on Reese Avenue, near I-95 and Investment Lane in West Palm Beach. The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office reported that deputies found Neal with fatal gunshot wounds, and the case was immediately classified as a homicide.
