Willie Garvin, a 46-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on September 7, 2016, in West Palm Beach, Florida. The incident occurred around 7 p.m. in the 600 block of 3rd Street, where Garvin was attending a family gathering. According to reports, the gathering was disrupted when at least two men exited a vehicle that had been circling the block and began firing indiscriminately.
