Xavier Breton, a 20-year-old resident of West Palm Beach, Florida, was tragically shot and killed on February 12, 2019. The incident occurred on the 3700 block of Paseo Andalusia, north of Southern Boulevard and east of Interstate 95. Breton was found with gunshot wounds and succumbed to his injuries about an hour later.
