Shelsy Medina, a 27-year-old Hispanic woman, was tragically shot and killed on March 23, 2019, in Miami Gardens, FL. The incident occurred in broad daylight as Shelsy was exiting her vehicle in front of her home on Northwest 199th Street and 49th Avenue.
