Jessula Goulbourne, a 22-year-old African American woman, was tragically shot and killed on April 12, 2015, in Miami Gardens, Florida. The incident occurred in the area of Northwest 207th Street and Northwest 39th Avenue. According to reports, Jessula was approached by her ex-boyfriend, Tyrone Bivins, who fired a single shot into her head, leaving her dead at the scene. Witnesses confirmed seeing Bivins commit the act, which led to a swift investigation by the Miami Gardens police.
