Rodriguez Quartez Campbell, a 28-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on the evening of March 25, 2019, in Jacksonville, Florida. The incident occurred in the front yard of a home on Clyde Drive in the Harborview neighborhood. According to reports, Campbell was found dead around 10 p.m. after an altercation with Michael Brown, a 32-year-old man who was subsequently arrested and charged with second-degree murder.
