Quentin Hicks, a 42-year-old African American man, tragically lost his life on March 27, 2019, in Saint Petersburg, Florida. The incident occurred in the afternoon when Hicks was driving a BMW convertible near 17th Avenue NE and Bay Street NE. According to reports, an altercation over a traffic incident escalated into a fatal road rage shooting. William John Shutt, a 31-year-old man, was identified as the shooter.
