On October 8, 2015, Keon Smith, age 26, was fatally shot while at the Diamond Auto Spa car wash on 1300 West North Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland. Smith was struck by gunfire while at the car wash, an incident that was later captured on nearby surveillance cameras.
