Rashaad Kelly, a 22-year-old resident of Stuart, Florida, tragically lost his life on May 25, 2019, following a shooting incident in East Stuart. The incident occurred late on a Saturday night in the 800 block of Southeast Spruce Avenue. According to reports, the Stuart Police Department received a call about gunshots in the area and found Kelly with a gunshot wound.
