Joseph Bullock, a 42-year-old Florida Highway Patrol trooper, tragically lost his life on February 5, 2020, in Stuart, Florida. Bullock, who had served with the Florida Highway Patrol for 19 years, was assisting a stranded motorist on Interstate 95 when the incident occurred.
