Deon O'Neal Jenkins, a 26-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 12, 2019, in Palm Coast, Florida. Deon was born on November 18, 1992, and was raised in Atlanta and Palm Coast by his parents, Dr. Kenneth and Vita Davis. He was known for his love of music, fashion, drawing, and football.
