James Bradley Hulett Jr., a 15-year-old resident of Lithia, Florida, tragically lost his life on December 13, 2019. The incident occurred at the home of a Tampa Police officer on Bridgewater Drive, where Hulett was spending time with three friends from Newsome High School.
