Jessie James Shannon, a 31-year-old resident of West Palm Beach, Florida, tragically lost his life on December 21, 2019. The incident occurred in the parking lot of Gardens Park Plaza in Palm Beach Gardens at approximately 2:30 p.m. Witnesses described the shooting as resembling an assassination, highlighting the sudden and deliberate nature of the attack. Shannon was pronounced dead at the scene when officers arrived.
