Jamari Jenkins, a 21-year-old resident of West Palm Beach, Florida, was tragically found shot to death on December 26, 2019. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3:30 a.m., in a residential neighborhood located on the 200 block of Elaine Circle West, south of Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard.
