In the winter of 2015, the city of Baltimore was grappling with a significant surge in violence, and on December 2nd, another life was tragically cut short. Brandon D. Ripple, a 33-year-old Caucasian male, was fatally shot on the 1900 block of Walbrook Avenue. The incident that claimed his life was one of several homicides that occurred on that violent day in the city.
