Darrin Ulysses Johnson Jr., a 34-year-old employee of the Baltimore City Department of Public Works (DPW), tragically lost his life on March 4, 2016, in a targeted shooting incident at his workplace. The incident occurred at a DPW maintenance facility located in the 2300 block of North Fulton Avenue in West Baltimore.
