Trenton LaShawn Fort, a 16-year-old from Jacksonville, Florida, tragically passed away on February 24, 2020. Trenton was a student at West Nassau High School and a passionate football player for the West Nassau Warriors. Known for his infectious smile and larger-than-life personality, Trenton had dreams of making it to the NFL.
