Darian Lavan Alston, a 23-year-old resident of Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on September 14, 2014. His death was part of a double homicide that also claimed the life of 34-year-old James William Battle. The incident occurred behind a business in the 2800 block of Burke Street.
