Brian Keith Tchiyuka, age 46, was shot and killed on December 9, 2015, in Baltimore, Maryland. The homicide took place on the 2400 block of Guilford Avenue, a neighborhood that had experienced its share of violent incidents in previous years. Tchiyuka, who was a U.S. Air Force veteran having served during the Persian Gulf Conflict, was working at the National Cemetery Administration at the time of his death.
