Jose Manuel Clemente, a 45-year-old resident of Stock Island, Key West, Florida, was tragically shot to death on June 15, 2020. His body was discovered face down at a boat yard off 5th Avenue, while another victim, Iliecer Noa, was found nearby with a gunshot wound to his abdomen.
