Heather May Luther, a 33-year-old woman from Perry, Florida, tragically lost her life on July 17, 2020. Heather, who was born on September 28, 1986, in Houma, Louisiana, was a devoted mother to two daughters, Lilly and Lylah. Her untimely death was the result of a fatal double shooting incident that also claimed the life of 31-year-old Kirk Jansky.
