Titorian Freeman, a 36-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on August 29, 2020, in West Palm Beach, Florida. Freeman, who had a vibrant personality and a deep love for his family, was found near the U-Gas station on the 1100 block of Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard, close to Tamarind Avenue.
